Is SalonDiary.app suitable for a solo nail tech?

Yes. Solo mode offers your first artist on the booking page. Your services, working hours, client list and calendar stay together in one workspace.

Can I use it with a team?

Yes. The Salon plan is £44.99 per month for salons with multiple nail technicians. It includes artist profiles, individual schedules and owner, manager and staff permissions.

Does SalonDiary.app collect card payments?

SalonDiary supports Stripe checkout for online booking payments and deposits, alongside manual payment records. Your salon needs to connect Stripe and configure its payment settings. Test payments are identified during checkout.

Are automated reminders available?

Email and messaging delivery depend on the configured providers. SMS and WhatsApp are charged separately and are still being prepared for launch; we will confirm availability before you rely on them.

What happens when I start a free trial?

You’ll create your SalonDiary account, then choose a plan and complete checkout to start your 14-day trial. Card details are requested at checkout. Your subscription renews monthly after the trial unless cancelled. Test checkout does not collect a real subscription payment.

Where can I ask about billing?
